Grants and Agreements Project

Implementation of the Huron Grants and Agreements module. The project has a proposed timeline of 56 weeks and will engage the campus community throughout the implementation.

Go Live: January 13, 2024

The key objectives of the Test phase are to pilot “future state” business processes in the new system and to verify that all components are working as designed to support implementation goals.

  • Conduct system testing sessions
  • Conduct user-acceptance testing sessions 
  • Perform mock conversions 
  • Logging issues found during testing for resolution 
  • Resolve issues found during testing for resolution 
  • Cutover approach
