This session will guide researchers through the process of creating and submitting a proposal, preparing a budget, and completing the SF424. Participants will also learn how to navigate WRAP, assign and manage ancillary reviews, validate, certify, and submit funding proposals for department review. Description: These sessions will demonstrate how to navigate the WVU Research Administration Portal (WRAP) for the Center of Excellence (COE) registrations. This training will cover the COE registration process while navigating the new online submission system. All three sessions will cover the same material.
