Bits & Bytes - Informational Sessions
Learn about the benefits of the WRAP software and experience Huron system features like the dashboard and workflow graphic. Register for a session.
Training
Begins in November. Look for enrollment announcements in eNews, KC Dashboard and email to sign up.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Begins mid-October through mid-November. You may be asked to participate in this critical exercise to validate system functionality.
Data Migration
Active awards will be migrated, along with their corresponding proposals
Agreements - including COE registrations, subawards and DUAs
COI Disclosures and forms - Data will not migrate
All users will need to complete the brief disclosure form in WRAP prior to submitting proposals and protocols after January 13, 2025.
WVU+kc Availability after WRAP Go Live
Proposals, Agreements, COI, COE Registrations/Risk assessments will be unavailable for submission and processing.
IRB protocol submissions will follow the current process until the new IRB module implemented.
WVU+kc will be available for at least five years for viewing information
Proposal Submission Plans
A Proposal/Submission survey will be sent with the training announcement.
