Go-Live Support

• Visit the Get Help page for department information, system guides, and Office Hours.

• Beginning January 13, 2025, Office Hours will be available as we transition to WRAP.

• Provide Feedback on the WRAP system after Go Live

Bits & Bytes Set 3

• Topics for this session include: Go Live preparation, training, and support.

• Register for a session .

Agreements Planning

• January 12, 2025, is the last day to use existing forms and processes to initiate agreements

• Beginning on January 13, 2025, all agreements are initiated by the PI or Agreement Offices in WRAP

  
  

COI Planning

• Beginning on January 13, 2025, all users must create their Disclosure Profile in WRAP to reduce the possibility of delays in OSP and IRB.

• A guide to completing your COI disclosure in WRAP

Training

• Training for the research community began on November 18 and is ongoing.

• Register for a training session.

WVU+kc Availability after WRAP Go-Live

• Proposals, Agreements, COI, COE Registrations/Risk assessments will be unavailable for submission and processing. Users will have view access to their records in WVU+kc.

• IRB protocol submissions will operate business as usual in WVU+kc until the new IRB module implemented in 2026.
